Karnnarin Tawornsak got the first for the Kirins on five minutes. Uthai Thani equalised at 49 minutes through Chigozie Mbah before Jiloan Hamad (72), Aung Thu (89) and Ricardo Santos (93) added three more to their tally.
Tristan Do pulled a goal back for Muang Thong a bit too late to have any impact on the result.
