Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit is showcasing crab dishes this month as part of its popular Grande Seafood Buffet Dinner. Hosted at Orchid Café, the hotel’s chefs will be creating various dishes with sustainable and locally-sourced blue crabs and soft-shell crabs. Five delectable Thai and international dishes can be cooked to order: Pu buang (steamed blue crab with spicy lime sauce), Pu nim phad pong karee (wok-fried soft shell crab with yellow curry), Pu Phad prik thai dum (stir-fried crab claw with black pepper sauce), Crab cake with tartar sauce, and Angel hair pasta with crab meat and tobiko.
